Spending time with God
Children of God need times of complete solitude. In the midst of a busy life of work, business and play, we need to find some quiet time to reflect and pray. Our lives need to be balanced with physical and spiritual things. Quiet time in prayer and spiritual reflection will enhance our lives and draw us closer to God. Jesus was never too busy to withdraw himself to reflect and pray.    

Luke 5:15-16
15 Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. 16 But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.
