I become what I think about. If I allow my mind to stay full of worries, cares, doubts, negative thinking and songs, evil, worldliness and gossip, I will start to reflect that in my life. If I allow my mind to be full of hope, joy forgiveness, patience, love, peace and positive thinking and songs, I will start to reflect that in my life. My mind is powerful. I need to feed it with positive things.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
